And Restart The Updater Again ! ( Try Several Times)
OR try the below method.
1.Start CSOLauncher (Connected To Internet)
2.Unplug Your Internet Connection !
3.Wait For Several Minute And You Should See A Pop Up Message Appears In The Launcher, Press OK.
4.BOOM The Bar Goes To 100%
5.Connect Back To Internet ! And Start To Play.
